Inter Barcelona is pleased to announce the appointment of Xavier Jové Meseguer as Director of Recruitment, joining the club’s executive management team.

Xavier Jové Meseguer brings extensive experience in Spanish football. Throughout his career, he has held positions at CE Europa, CE L’Hospitalet, UE Sant Andreu, Fundació Esportiva Montgat, Fundació Esportiva Grama, and Marcet Academy, while also founding the Barcelona Development Center (CTB). He has built extensive expertise in football management, player recruitment, youth development, and football development, gaining valuable experience within the Catalan football system. He also holds a UEFA Pro Licence. As Director of Recruitment at Inter Barcelona, Xavier will be responsible for the club’s player recruitment strategy, player selection, and youth talent development, further strengthening the club’s talent identification and development system while helping provide a continuous pathway of promising players for both the first team and the academy.
